The Turks and Caicos AIDS Awareness Foundation Inc. (TCAAF) is a non-profit organization formed in 2003 to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS in Turks and Caicos and its negative effects on the community.
Through community partnership, private donations and successful fundraising efforts such as our annual Jadot Cup Golf Tournament, “Surf and Turf” Horse Racing Night, and our World AIDS Day Cocktail party, the TCAAF was able to successfully build the Edward C. Gartland Youth Centre, also known as the Turks and Caicos Youth Foundation Inc.
In November 2008, the Edward C. Gartland Youth Centre opened its doors to youth in the Turks and Caicos Islands and has been honored to have the opportunity to establish valuable partnerships within the community.
The Edward C. Gartland Youth Centre takes deep pride in the stellar network of collaborators and fully acknowledges their critical importance in this organization’s levels of current and future success.
